Majlis Perkahwinan Yusrin dan Aizen


Alhamdulilah majlis perkahwinan telah selesai diadakan pada 22hb Mei 2011 bersamaan dengan 19 Jamadilakhir 1432, saya sekeluarga mengucapkan berbanyak-banyak terima kasih kepada tetamu yang hadir dan menyumbangkan hadiah dan khasnya kepada semua saudara mara, sahabat handai dan jiran tetangga yang juga telah banyak memberikan bantuan berupa tenaga dan buah fikiran, sekali lagisaya sekeluarga mengucapkan berbanyak2 terima kasih dan Allah saja yang dapat membalas jasa dan bantuan yang abis kita berikan, semoga Allah sentiasa memberikan rahmat dan hidayahnya kepada kita semua....Amiiin.

lucky Day Flying with Air Asia

I was travelling with my wife,son and my grandson to Kuala Lumpur on 23/4/2011 for a special purpose to buy wedding accessories for my son wedding, my flight was AGK263 Air Asia and arrive KL LCCT Terminal at 11.45hrs, everything was fine, as four of us walked on the terminal approaching custom and immigration, then we went to the baggage belt to collect our luggage with the rest of other passengers, Unfortunately one of my baggage was missing and we waited for an hour to make sure the whole luggage were loaded on the belt until next flight came in from Surabaya and they loaded another luggage from Surabaya. I reported the case to lost and found counter about an hour later, my report ID BAHKUL 11A01661, report was taken by Fakhrulridzuan bin Ismail at the counter at that time and I was told that if it found, they will delivered it to my hotel by Air Asia staff .... during my stayed in KL , I call the lost & found counter for several times and they said “they still looking for it” ,and until I returned home on the 27/4/2010, and again on 26/4/2011 I talk in the phone to Mr Ben Wong and he said, he is the higher authority at the counter and he will contact me for any development, since then i was never been contacted or inform by him nor any staff of Air Asia, and on the 8/5/2011, i contacted lost and found counter and talk to Philip regarding this matter and he promised me to send an e-mail to me for compensation procedure but unfortunately until i wrote this complaint there is no email or phone call form Air Asia or Philip ... I am sure these peoples were well trained to answered any circumstances or difficulties to handle any Air Asia's passenger's problem.....So now I want an answer what is the responsibility of Air Asia for this matter as far as I know there's hundreds of complaint about Air Asia in the net....Come on! Air Asia we know your are the cheapest flight to travel and and we like it but don’t show us, your also have the cheapest services.
